This policy covers the website at code3criticalsolutions.com, run by Code 3 Critical Solutions LLC, a Texas company. Our products will have their own privacy terms when they launch.

What we collect

Nothing through this website. The site has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools, and loads nothing from other companies. The “Notify me” boxes are not switched on yet: an address typed into them is not sent or stored.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.

Our web host, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It needs this to deliver the site and protect it from attack. We do not use it to identify you.

What we do with it

We use your information only to answer you and to run the site. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We share it only with the companies that run the site and our email for us (Vercel and Google), or when the law requires it.

Other sites and tracking

We do not allow other companies to collect information about you across websites through our site. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those companies, whose own policies apply.

Do Not Track

Because the site does no tracking, it treats every visitor as if “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control were switched on.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us by email at info@code3criticalsolutions.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for fire service professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If we start collecting anything new, such as signups, we will update this policy before that starts.
